This is the newest version of the Raspberry Pi family, the Pi 3 Model B+. Pi 3 Model B+ is improved and an upgrade from the Pi 3 Model B with better WiFi and support for PoE (Power over Ethernet) with PoE HAT. Pi 3 Model B+ is built around ARM Cortex CPU with 1.4GHz and now integrated 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2 as standard. Like previously Raspberry Pi's, Pi 3 Model B+ is perfect as a mediacenter with Kodi, but also fanastic with other applications like Windows 10 IoT (Internet of Things) - and also suitable for programming here you can code your own programs and run them on the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+... 

Pi 3 Model B+ is a simple PC developed by Raspberry Pi Foundation to grant for more people to start learning more about computertechnology and programming without a high entry cost. Raspberry Pi is a small computer with the size of a creditcard, and can be connected to a monitor/TV, keyboard and mice. Raspberry Pi is a miniature ARM-based PC and can be used for much of the tasks as a "normal" desktop PC can, such as spreadsheet, word processing and games.  The Pi is also able to play HD video without any problems.
There are multiple ready-to-use programs for Raspberry Pi and there is more coming all the time from users around the world. One of the more popular programs for Raspberry Pi's is Kodi, which is an open-source multimediacenter software. And there are even options to run Android OS on the Raspberry Pi.
