TriggerBack is a massage tool for primarily the neck and lumbar spine but also the thoracic spine. TriggerBack provides an active, beneficial pressure on trigger points that releases tension in the muscles, increases mobility and opens up the thoracic spine for a better posture.
Lie down and place the TriggerBack by the lumbar spine, the neck or under the thoracic spine. Relax with deep breaths. TriggerBack works with both a passive (stationary) and active (with slow motion) pressure.
Test different slow movements depending on where you place TriggerBack. Make a slow movement in the neck by turning the head, pulling up the arms when TriggerBack is in the thoracic spine or pulling up the legs when TriggerBack is in the lumbar spine. Change the direction of the TriggerBack as the trigger point spikes vary in size and give different effects.
