CTX stands for 'Ceramic Titanium Extreme' - a technological breakthrough in ceramic titanium and steel. With its raven black coating, which elegantly complements the satin-polished steel appearance, CTX stands out beautifully in terms of design. The lid of the casserole is made of beautiful brushed steel with an embedded glass, allowing you to look down at the food without necessarily lifting the lid. At the same time, the handles are made of stainless steel so they do not get hot to touch. CTX can be used regardless of whether your stove has induction, gas, ceramic or electric hobs. The bottom and sides of CTX casserole are built with 2 layers high-quality stainless steel with a satin-polished surface and an aluminum core inside. Then it is coated internally with ceramic titanium that is heated up to 20,000 degrees before processing - finally finished off with a non-stick PTFE surface. The fusion between the outer side and bottom part made from steel ensures quick and even heat distribution throughout the casserole's contents preventing food from burning on one side only while leaving other parts uncooked or undercooked
