With its raven black coating, which elegantly complements the satin-polished steel appearance, CTX stands out beautifully in terms of design. The lid of the pot is made of beautiful brushed steel with an embedded glass, allowing you to look down at the food without necessarily lifting the lid. At the same time, the handles are made of stainless steel so they do not get hot to touch. CTX can be used regardless of whether your stove has induction, gas, ceramic or electric hobs. The bottom and sides of CTX pots are built with 2 layers high-quality stainless steel with a satin-polished surface and an aluminum core inside. Then internally coated with ceramic titanium that is heated to 20,000 degrees before processing - and finally coated with a non-stick PTFE surface. The fusion of the steel that makes up the outside and bottom ensures quick and even heat distribution throughout the pot's contents while preventing food from burning on it.
