A very sustainably produced bread knife from the knife city of Europe, Solingen. With this long knife you will effortlessly cut through all artisan (sourdough) breads, no matter what size. The wave settles well into the hard crust. This knife has a sustainably produced FSC certified red beech handle which has the characteristic of having a good grip or better grip even when wet. When beech becomes wet, the fibers stand up and thus provide a rougher surface when dry, unlike plastic variants. The blade is high quality stainless steel and with proper maintenance will last more than a lifetime. The metal is 100% recyclable and the handle is biodegradable.
