Mojo Keychain Black Bear Cub

Bears differ from other carnivores in that the special molar teeth they possess are not specially adapted for tearing flesh, but for grinding up vegetation instead. However, for such a large animal to successfully survive on a mostly vegetarian diet, the Black Bear must spend an enormous amount of time eating and is known to consume tens of thousands of nuts and berries per day. Since they spend about half the day foraging and eating food, the average black bear eats a nut or berry every second.
