Lékué Munankeitin Poached Egg
It's always been the brunch host's nightmare if guests wantd their eggs poached. For whatever it looks delicious and inviting, poaching is therefore egg boiling for advanced! But with Lékué's new egg poacher, it goes from being a minor headache to becoming a breeze. Place the strainer over a glass or cup and beat the egg out. Let it drip a bit, put on the silicone lid and place the egg poacher in a pot of light boiling water. A few minutes later the egg is ready and you can grab the silicone tip and pick up the egg and help it out of the sieve with a knife or small palette.
