3D-basics Build Plate Adhesive Anti-Warping Solution 50ml

The GEAR Build Plate Adhesive is a powerful water-based solution designed for use with PLA, PET-G, and FLEX filament on FDM 3D printers. It effectively eliminates warping by ensuring that the printed object stays securely attached to the build plate, especially important during the cooling phase when thermal shrinkage and internal stress can cause lifting.

This adhesive is ideal for use with glass build plates and helps to maintain a smooth, stable first layer during printing. To apply, shake the bottle well, then use the included sponge to spread a thin, even layer across the surface in a circular motion. Once applied, the solution will evaporate during the heating of the build plate, leaving behind a strong bonding layer.

After printing, allow the build plate to cool before removing the print. Any residue can be easily cleaned with warm water.
