Head lice can affect anyone, and it is not a sign of poor hygiene. Head lice are wingless insects that live in the hair, measuring 2–3 mm in length. Head lice bite the scalp, and the bites cause itching. A lice infestation can be diagnosed by looking for lice or lice eggs on the head. It is also recommended to use a lice comb in conjunction with a lice shampoo treatment, as lice shampoo may not kill all lice and nits.

The Beurer HT15 lice comb allows you to easily get rid of lice and lice eggs in your hair without having to use lice shampoos. The comb carries a harmless electrical voltage that kills lice and lice eggs when it hits them. The package includes a cleaning brush, AA battery and a cover for the comb.
