DEPOW Portable EV Charger 3kW - 15m Cable
The DEPOW portable EV charger is a single-phase Mode 2 charger with an output of up to 3.7 kW and adjustable current from 6 to 16 A. Current can be selected using the touch button or adjusted through the app, which also supports scheduled and delayed charging. A multifunction LED display and three-colour indicator lights show operating status and errors. Safety features include a 30 mA Type A RCD, 6 mA DC protection, voltage and overload monitoring, protective earth continuity checks and relay fault detection. Temperature monitoring reduces the current to 6 A above 70°C and stops charging above 75°C. The IP66-rated control module is designed for indoor and outdoor use at temperatures from -25°C to 50°C. The 15-metre cable provides extra reach between the power outlet and the vehicle.
A multifunction LED display provides operating information, while three-colour indicator lights show the power status, charging activity and errors. For electrical protection, the charger includes a 30 mA Type A RCD and 6 mA DC current protection. It also monitors overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, protective earth continuity and relay operation, including detection of welded relay contacts.
Temperature monitoring covers the cable at the power plug and the relay or internal components. If the temperature exceeds 70°C, the charging current is reduced to 6 A. Charging stops if the temperature exceeds 75°C. The control module has an IP66 rating for protection against dust and powerful water jets and supports operation at temperatures from -25°C to 50°C. Measuring 176 × 93 × 49 mm, the control module is paired with a 15-metre cable for greater flexibility when parking away from the power outlet. The charger is DEKRA-certified.
