FNIRSI 1014D 2-in-1 Oscilloscope Signal Generator
The FNIRSI 1014D 2-in-1 oscilloscope signal generator is a compact digital measurement instrument designed for electronics diagnostics, development, education and repair applications. It integrates a dual-channel oscilloscope with a built-in DDS signal generator, enabling both waveform analysis and signal output within a single device. The oscilloscope provides 100 MHz bandwidth with 1GSa/s sampling and 1 MΩ input impedance for accurate signal capture. A 7-inch 800×480 TFT display ensures clear waveform visualization. Advanced functions include FFT analysis, X-Y mode, auto measurement and cursor tools. Internal memory supports storage of up to 1,000 waveforms and screenshots, with USB export for external processing and documentation. The device supports stable operation across a wide range of electronic testing scenarios.
The integrated DDS generator provides 14 standard waveform types with fine frequency adjustment in 1 Hz increments and sine output capability up to 10 MHz. The waveform capture function allows recorded oscilloscope signals to be reused as generated outputs, increasing testing flexibility. A 7-inch TFT display with 800×480 resolution ensures clear signal representation, while internal storage supports up to 1,000 waveforms and 1,000 screenshots.
