The Philio PST02-1C 3-in-1 Sensor allows you to monitor not only the status of your doors and windows, but also includes a temperature sensor and light sensor. The device consists of two parts: a detector and a magnet, which are mounted on the fixed frame and opening part respectively. When the door or window is opened, it triggers an alarm condition if the system is armed. Additionally, the sensor can be used for automatic light control by sending a signal to turn on lights when the room is dark. The device also features tamper protection, can be mounted in any position on planar surfaces, has firmware update capabilities over-the-air (OTA), runs on one CR123A battery, uses Z-Wave Plus wireless technology and measures 28 x 95 x 35 mm in size.
