FNIRSI HRM-10 Internal Battery Resistance Meter
The FNIRSI HRM-10 is a compact internal resistance meter designed for accurate analysis of battery condition through resistance and voltage measurement. It supports a wide range of cell types, including lithium-ion, LiPo, lead-acid, alkaline and button cells, making it suitable for workshop, service and quality control applications. The device uses a four-wire measurement method to reduce errors caused by cable and contact resistance, ensuring reliable low-value readings. A TFT color display presents results clearly in real time, while automatic data storage and computer export support long-term analysis. Sorting functions with configurable thresholds allow fast identification of defective or matched cells.
Measurement accuracy is achieved through a four-wire Kelvin measurement system, which eliminates errors caused by lead and contact resistance, ensuring stable and precise readings even at very low resistance values. The integrated sorting function allows users to define up to eight voltage and resistance thresholds, enabling rapid classification of battery cells and efficient detection of degraded or mismatched units. This significantly improves workflow efficiency in batch testing and quality control processes.
All measurement data is displayed on a TFT HD color screen for clear visualization and real-time monitoring. The device automatically stores results in internal memory, allowing later review, comparison and export to a computer for detailed analysis and documentation.
