The FNIRSI SWM-10 is an advanced portable spot welding system integrated with a powerbank function, designed for efficient assembly and repair of lithium battery packs and electronic devices. It combines high-current welding capability with intelligent control systems, making it suitable for applications such as smartphone battery replacement, cylindrical cell assembly and powerbank construction. The device delivers a peak output current of up to 1200 A, enabling reliable welding of materials such as nickel, steel, aluminum and iron with thicknesses up to 0.25 mm.

At the core of the system is a dual-pulse welding technology that improves weld stability and consistency. The first pulse removes surface oxidation, while the second pulse delivers controlled welding energy, reducing sparking and improving joint integrity. This results in stronger, cleaner and more repeatable welds, particularly important in precision battery pack construction.

The device is powered by a 5000 mAh lithium battery pack composed of two high-grade cells, ensuring stable high-current output and extended operating time without frequent recharging. In addition, the SWM-10 functions as a powerbank with a 5V/2.1A USB output, allowing it to charge external devices during field use or workshop operations.

A 1.8-inch TFT color display provides real-time monitoring of key parameters including voltage, temperature, pulse duration and total weld count, enabling precise control over the welding process. Adjustable settings allow adaptation to different materials and application requirements, increasing versatility across multiple use cases.

Built-in safety systems include temperature monitoring and protection against short circuits, overcharging, overheating, overload and voltage instability. These safeguards ensure reliable operation under demanding conditions. The compact form factor enhances portability, making the device suitable for mobile technicians and workshop environments.
