Digital frying thermometer with double measuring points. The stainless steel food skewer has a sensor at the top to measure the internal temperature of the meat. There is then another sensor at the top of the food skewer that indicates, for example, the temperature of the oven or grill. These are shown simultaneously on the display. Both temperatures have their own adjustable temperature alarm.
