The pizza stone is made of refractory cordierite and works on the same principles as the large models in restaurants. The refractory ceramic heats in the oven for 10-15 minutes and takes the moisture out of the dough during baking. The pizza stone is also ideal for bread and can give a crispy crust. The pizza stone measures 40 x 35 cm and has practical feet that make it easy to remove from surfaces.
