DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for Osmo Action 4

DJI Care Refresh is a one-year service protection plan for DJI products, providing replacement options for equipment damaged by accidents, including impacts and contact with water. For DJI Action 4 series cameras, the plan allows two replacements during the coverage period for an additional fee. The replacement fees are PLN 119 for the first replacement, PLN 185 for the second and PLN 249 for the third. When a replacement request is submitted directly to the manufacturer, the amount charged may vary according to the current exchange rate.

The damaged product is replaced with a new or equivalent unit. DJI Care Refresh must be activated within 30 days of the device’s first activation; this period cannot be extended for cameras, gimbals or stabilizers.

To activate the plan, enter the Care Refresh code at https://support.dji.com/care/active, along with the device’s serial number and the activating person’s name and email address. The plan is then assigned to the corresponding region, and confirmation is sent by email.

If an accident occurs, report the malfunction and send the equipment to DJI’s German service centre with a note that DJI Care Refresh has been purchased. After receiving a repair quote, choose between a paid repair or replacement and the Care Refresh service. If Care Refresh is selected, pay the applicable replacement fee. The replacement unit is then shipped on a priority basis with free delivery.

DJI Care Refresh does not cover lost or partially lost equipment, stolen or abandoned products, additional accessories, intentional loss, housing damage that does not affect functionality, damage caused directly or indirectly by force majeure, or defects arising outside the coverage period. It also excludes fees for model upgrades or performance improvements, faults caused by modifications that do not follow the user manual, incompatible batteries or chargers, and unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
