DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for Osmo Mobile 7
DJI Care Refresh provides one year of service protection for DJI Osmo Mobile 7 series devices, covering damage such as collisions and contact with water. The plan includes two replacements for an additional fee of PLN 39 per replacement. Damaged equipment is replaced with a new or equivalent unit. The service must be activated within 30 days of the device’s first activation. Protection can be extended to a maximum of three years by purchasing additional annual plans. The manufacturer’s warranty remains valid throughout the service period. Eligible devices may also receive an additional year of warranty if the replacement service is not used during the coverage period.

Eligible devices, including Osmo Mobile 7 and Osmo Mobile 7P, may qualify for an additional year of warranty if the replacement service is not used during the coverage period.
To activate the service, enter the Care Refresh code at https://support.dji.com/care/active, along with the device’s serial number and the activating person’s name and email address. The service is automatically assigned to the appropriate region, and activation is confirmed by email.
If an accident occurs, report the malfunction and send the equipment to DJI’s German service centre, noting that DJI Care Refresh has been purchased. After receiving a repair quote, choose between a paid repair or replacement and the Care Refresh service. If Care Refresh is selected, pay the applicable replacement fee. The replacement unit is then shipped on a priority basis with free delivery.
DJI Care Refresh does not cover lost or partially lost equipment, stolen or abandoned products, additional accessories, intentional loss, casing damage that does not affect functionality, damage caused directly or indirectly by force majeure, or defects arising outside the service period. It also excludes fees for model upgrades or performance improvements, faults caused by modifications that do not follow the user manual, incompatible batteries or chargers, and unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
