DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for Osmo Mobile 7P

DJI Care Refresh is a service protection plan for the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P, providing up to two replacements for damaged equipment during a one-year period. The service covers damage caused by incidents such as collisions and contact with water. Each replacement requires a fee of PLN 55, and the damaged device is replaced with new or equivalent hardware. The fee may vary depending on the exchange rate when the replacement is reported directly to DJI.

The plan must be activated within 30 days of the device’s first activation. Protection can be extended by purchasing additional one-year plans, up to a maximum total coverage period of three years. The manufacturer’s warranty remains valid during the DJI Care Refresh service period.

Activation takes place at DJI’s Care Refresh website and requires the service code, the device’s serial number, and the activating person’s name and email address. Once activated, the service is assigned to the corresponding region, with confirmation sent by email. If damage occurs, the device is sent to DJI’s German service centre for assessment. After receiving a repair quote, the user can choose a paid repair or replacement, or use DJI Care Refresh by paying the applicable replacement fee. Replacement equipment is shipped with priority and free shipping.

The service does not cover lost, stolen or abandoned equipment, additional accessories, intentional loss, cosmetic casing damage that does not affect functionality, damage caused by force majeure, or defects outside the coverage period. It also excludes charges for model upgrades or performance improvements and defects resulting from unauthorised modifications, incompatible batteries or chargers, or unauthorised accessories, batteries or software.
