DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan for Osmo Mobile 7P

DJI Care Refresh provides service protection for the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P, including up to two replacements of damaged equipment within one year. Coverage includes damage caused by collisions and contact with water. Each replacement costs PLN 55, although the fee may vary with the exchange rate when a claim is reported directly to DJI. Damaged equipment is replaced with new or equivalent hardware.

The service must be activated within 30 days of the device’s first activation. Coverage can be extended by purchasing additional one-year plans, up to a total of three years. The manufacturer’s warranty remains valid during the service period.

To activate DJI Care Refresh, enter the service code, device serial number, name and email address at DJI’s activation website. The service is automatically assigned to the relevant region, and confirmation is sent by email. If damage occurs, the device is sent to DJI’s German service centre for assessment. After receiving a repair quote, the user can choose a paid repair or replacement, or proceed through DJI Care Refresh by paying the applicable replacement fee. Replacement equipment is shipped with priority and free shipping.

The service excludes lost, stolen or abandoned equipment, additional accessories, intentional loss, cosmetic casing damage that does not affect functionality, damage caused by force majeure and defects outside the coverage period. It also excludes charges for model upgrades or performance improvements, as well as defects resulting from unauthorised modifications, incompatible batteries or chargers, or unauthorised accessories, batteries or software.
