DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan for Osmo Mobile 8P
DJI Care Refresh for Osmo Mobile 8P provides four replacements of damaged equipment over two years, subject to a fee of PLN 55 per replacement. The service covers accidental damage, including damage caused by the user. Activation must take place within 30 days of the device’s activation; later activation requires a verification video to be submitted to DJI. The plan can be extended once with an additional annual plan, providing up to three years of total coverage and a maximum of six replacements. Replacement fees may vary with the exchange rate when incidents are reported directly to DJI.
Activation must take place within 30 days of the device’s activation. If activation takes place later, a verification video must be submitted to DJI. The two-year plan can be extended once by purchasing an additional annual plan, giving a maximum total coverage period of three years and up to six replacements. Purchasing another two-year plan does not extend the existing coverage.
To activate DJI Care Refresh, enter the service code, device serial number, first and last name, and email address on DJI’s activation website. The service is automatically assigned to the appropriate region, and confirmation is sent by email.
If the device is damaged, report the incident and send the equipment to DJI’s service centre in Germany, stating that DJI Care Refresh is active. After receiving a repair estimate, choose between a paid repair and a replacement under the service. Once the replacement fee has been paid, the replacement equipment is shipped with priority. Shipping is free when the customer is located in the same region where the service plan was purchased.
The service excludes lost, stolen or abandoned equipment, additional accessories, intentional loss, casing damage that does not affect functionality, damage caused by force majeure and defects occurring outside the coverage period. It also excludes fees for model upgrades or performance improvements, as well as defects resulting from unauthorised modifications, incompatible batteries or chargers, or unauthorised accessories, batteries or software. An extension must be arranged while the existing plan is valid or within 15 days of its expiry, subject to DJI’s renewal conditions.
