DJI Care Refresh for Osmo Action 3
DJI Care Refresh is an optional protection plan that provides up to two replacement units per year for a service fee, covering accidental damage such as crashes and water exposure. Replacements are issued as new or equivalent devices through official DJI service channels. The plan must be activated within 30 days of first device activation and can be extended with additional annual plans for up to three years total coverage. During the coverage period, the standard manufacturer warranty remains active. Certain exclusions apply, including loss, theft, intentional damage, cosmetic wear, and damage from unauthorized modifications or accessories.
The plan must be activated within 30 days of the device’s initial activation and is tied to the product’s serial number and region. Users can extend coverage by purchasing additional one-year plans, allowing protection for up to three years in total. Throughout the validity period, the original manufacturer warranty remains active.
The service does not cover loss, partial loss, theft, intentional damage, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, damage from unauthorized modifications, or issues caused by incompatible accessories, batteries, or software. It also excludes damage occurring outside the coverage period. In the event of an accident, users submit a claim, send the device to an authorized DJI service center, receive an evaluation, and pay a replacement fee if opting for Care Refresh, after which a replacement unit is shipped with priority handling.
