Gridrunner. Revenge of the Mutant Camels. Tempest 2000. Llamatron. In the British gaming universe of the 80s and 90s, nobody made games like Jeff Minter. Now, in a new interactive documentary from Digital Eclipse, you can play the history of one of the weirdest, wildest game developers to ever exist – a man who loved shooters and sheep, lasers and llamas.

THE GOLD MASTER SERIES
New from Digital Eclipse (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection, Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration, The Making of Karateka), the Gold Master Series presents iconic games in an innovative "interactive documentary" format, putting the shared history of games and their creators into one comprehensive package.

Shoot ’em up -peli Truxton Extreme tarjoaa nopeatempoista pystysuunnassa vierivää arcade-toimintaa ylitsevuotavilla vihollisaalloilla, taitoon perustuvalla luotien väistelyyn nojaavalla pelattavuudella, moderneilla visuaaleilla, hiotuilla ohjaimilla ja äärimmäisellä vaikeustason skaalautumisella.

Japanissa nimellä Tatsujin Extreme tunnettu moderni paluu yhdistää klassisen arcade-hengen tarkkuuteen, refleksien hallintaan ja pistejahtiin perustuvaan pelattavuuteen, joka on saanut inspiraationsa vanhan koulukunnan shoot ’em up -peleistä, sisältäen intensiivisiä avaruusolentotaisteluita ja jättimäisiä bosseja.

A CLASSIC CONCEPT, TILTED
Under Defeat is a vertically scrolling shooter where you control a helicopter capable of moving in eight directions. It's a sleek, streamlined experience with just two buttons—fire and bomb—making it easy to pick up but hard to master. What sets the game apart is the tilt mechanic: as you turn, your shots tilt slightly left or right, allowing for strategic, angled attacks. You also have a small, satellite-like option unit that shoots independently. However, charging it requires you to release the fire button for a while, creating a tactical ebb and flow rarely seen in this all-out shoot 'em up genre.

• A classic vertically scrolling shooter!
• New modes, soundtrack and 16:9 format!
• Originally an arcade and Dreamcast classic!
