Yakuza Kiwami 3 tuo Kazuma Kiryun ja Yoshitaka Minen takaisin valokeilaan – kaksi miestä, joiden kohtalot kietoutuvat yhteen taistelussa uskollisuudesta, vallasta ja selviytymisestä.

Yakuza Kiwami 3
Alun perin vuonna 2009 PlayStation 3:lle julkaistu peli on nyt rakennettu uudelleen modernilla grafiikalla ja teknologialla. Tämä uusi versio herättää Okinawan eloon ennennäkemättömällä tavalla: mukana on intensiivisiä taisteluita, laajennettuja välianimaatioita sekä laaja valikoima minipelejä, joissa riittää uudelleenpeluuarvoa.

Tarina seuraa Kazuma Kiryu’ta, joka on jättänyt Tojo-klaanin taakseen elääkseen rauhallista elämää Okinawalla Harukan ja Morning Glory -orpolassa huolehtimiensa lasten kanssa. Mutta rauha ei kestä. Valtion tukema lomakeskushanke, klaanin sisäinen perimyssota ja poliittinen salaliitto vetävät hänet pian takaisin kaaokseen. Kun kaikki törmää yhteen, Dojiman lohikäärmeen on jälleen noustava suojelemaan rakastamiaan.

Tummat siteet
Kiryu’n matkan rinnalla avautuu Yoshitaka Minen tarina.

Players will experience the continuation of the tactical role-playing series in Valkyria Chronicles 4, in a unique watercolor graphic style, with new characters and a gripping war story full of hope, momentous triumphs and heartbreaking losses.

The continent of Europe - an alternative timeline - is in the midst of the Second European War between the Atlantic Federation and the autocratic Eastern European imperial alliance. Although the Federation is bravely fighting the forces of the Empire, the ruthless Imperial military machinery threatens to devour them. The operation "Northern Cross" is to avert the threat of defeat by a daring attack on the imperial capital at the last moment. Commander Claude Wallace and his most loyal friends are sent as Squad E to ensure the success of the desperate operation. But not only scary dangers and countless imperial soldiers await the brave heroes, but also the terrible Valkyria and a bloodcurdling realization.

• A Coming-of-Age War History: Valkyria Chronicles 4 plays during the same period of the original Valkyria Chronicles, but focuses the story on completely new main characters. Players take control of young and eager commander Claude Wallace, exceptional engineer and heavy weapon expert Riley Miller, hot-headed Darcsen Raz, ice-cold master sniper Kai Schulen and many more interesting characters. Together they will experience the ruthless reality of the war and will clarify the question of whether the friendship of Squad E can survive any battlefield.

• Newest BLiTZ combat system: As a mix of turn-based strategy, role-playing and 3rd person action game, the BLiTZ combat system returns. In addition, new features like the Grenadier class, offensive and defensive support from battleships, the last-stand ability to win a lost battle at the last moment, bigger battlefields than ever before and much more.

• Watercolor Aesthetics: The visual style of the series has been completely redesigned for the newest generation. Inspired by watercolors, the CANVAS graphics engine combines reality and imagination to create an expressive and colorful world - like an interactive painting.

• The Return of a Legendary Composer: Hitoshi Sakimoto-san, composer of the Valkyria Chronicles series and numerous other emotional game soundtracks, returns to compose the orchestral backing for Valkyria Chronicles 4.
