Ancel JC200 Motorcycle Injector Cleaner
The ANCEL JC200 is a compact fuel injector cleaning and testing device for motorcycles with 6V and 12V Top-Feed MPI injectors. It uses microprocessor-controlled operation to simulate different engine conditions and supports injection uniformity, leak and injection volume tests, as well as fuel atomization observation with backlighting. The device operates at a constant test pressure of 1.2–1.5 bar and is powered by a 12V DC car battery, making it suitable for workshop and mobile use. A digital display, visual fluid level indicator and interchangeable composite connectors provide convenient operation when testing different motorcycle fuel injectors.
Diagnostic functions include injection uniformity testing, leak testing and injection volume measurement. Fuel atomization can be observed through the integrated backlight, making it possible to assess the spray quality of individual injectors. Compressed air forces the test fluid through the system, maintaining a constant test pressure of 1.2–1.5 bar for repeatable testing conditions.
The JC200 is powered by a 12V DC car battery, allowing it to be used both in a workshop and in the field. A visual fluid level indicator makes it easy to monitor the test fluid, which can also be recycled. Interchangeable composite connectors support different motorcycle injector types, while the digital display provides clear access to the operating parameters.
