When you need to bring power from the wall to your device, you need a power cable. There are many different power cables, but the most common are C5, C7 and C13. The connectors have many names like Mickey Mouse cable, 2-prong cable or CEE 7/7 Schuko. You can often see on your device or power supply, which cable to use. If you are still in doubt, it is a good idea to look in the manual, on the manufacturer's website or contact our support via mail with pictures of the input.
In a PSU on a desktop computer, a C13 cable will usually be used. On the other hand, if you look at the power supply for a laptop, you are likely to need a C5 or C7 cable. Game consoles and other devices also use ordinary power cables. The cables are available in several colors and are also available with angled heads.
If you need to plug in many power sockets at once, it is smart to have an extension lead. Behind a television or a desktop computer, many people have connected their speakers and other accessories. Most extension leads are very easy to use, but some models allow master/slave management or app management via smartphone or tablet.
If you are traveling, there are different travel adapters. The manufacturer SKROSS makes multiple compact travel adapters, but there are also cheaper alternatives, for example, converting EU connectors to US plugs.
