DJI Care Refresh provides two-year service protection for DJI Osmo Pocket 3, allowing damaged equipment to be replaced for an additional fee. The plan includes four replacements, each costing PLN 219. The fee may vary depending on the current exchange rate when a claim is reported directly to the manufacturer. Coverage can be extended to a maximum of three years by purchasing an additional annual plan, subject to DJI’s extension conditions. The service can be activated at any time, but activation more than 30 days after the device’s first activation requires a verification video. Replacement equipment is shipped on a priority basis, with shipping covered when the customer is located in the region where the plan was purchased.

DJI Care Refresh+ extends service protection for compatible DJI products by 12 months after the original DJI Care Refresh plan expires. During the extension period, one damaged product can be repaired or replaced for an additional fee. Coverage includes damage caused by operator error, contact with water, falls and signal interference during use. Replacement units are new or equivalent in appearance and performance, and DJI covers the transport costs for the service. DJI Care Refresh must still be active when Care Refresh+ is purchased, with at least one replacement remaining. The extension is linked to the device and is valid only in the country or region where it was purchased.
